The City of Lincoln Council is warning owners about removing unregistered horses from South Common land.

This notice comes after five unregistered horses were found grazing there.

If you want to keep your horse at common land in Lincoln, the rules are: the horse must have a passport, a microchip and have been recently checked by a vet. Stallions or colts are not allowed.

These measures are necessary to ensure health and safety for all horses.
